Items that are too SMALL may be exchanged for a bigger size. However, you are responsible for all shipping costs. 

Shipping

To keep domestic shipping prices reasonable, Items are shipped USPS (unless otherwise requested- additional shipping cost may be charged). Rustic Roots will not be held responsible for any loses. A tracking number will be provided to you, if you do not receive your item, you must follow up with USPS.

What is the Turn Around? Custom Orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to complete- then there is additional shipping time on top of that. 

How Long Does Shipping Take? Shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks. Normally items arrive within 10 business days or sooner. International items can take up to 4 weeks. 

How Often Do You Ship Items? We ship items at least twice a week.  Ready to ship Items bought through our ETSY or Instagram page are shipped 1-3 days after payment has been recieved.
